What is your fee structure?Our management fees are a percentage of the rental income, with the percentage based on which package you choose. We only earn money if you earn money! No hidden fees!

How do you determine the rental price for my property?We use a dynamic pricing strategy that takes into account various factors such as seasonality, local events, market demand, and competitor rates. Our goal is to maximize your rental income while ensuring competitive pricing to attract more bookings.

What happens if there is damage to my property?Our Elite plan includes $1000 owner damage protection, meaning if a guest causes damage we will reimburse you up to $1000 to repair or replace damaged items. In case of greater damage we will assist you in pursuing reimbursement from the guest.

Do you handle all guest communications?Yes, we manage all aspects of guest communication, from initial inquiries to booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and responding to guest questions during their stay. Our team is available 24/7 to ensure that guests have a positive experience

What is your process for property maintenance and cleaning?We coordinate regular maintenance and deep cleaning services to ensure your property is always in top condition for guests. We work with professional cleaners and maintenance staff to address any issues promptly and keep your property in excellent shape.

How often will I receive updates about my property?We provide regular updates through a dedicated owner portal where you can view booking calendars, financial statements, and maintenance reports. We also offer monthly performance reviews to discuss occupancy rates, income, and any feedback from guests.

Can I use my property whenever I want to?Absolutely! As the owner, you have full control over your property's availability. Simply let us know in advance when you want to use your property, and we will block those dates from the booking calendar.

What areas do you service?We manage properties in many communities throughout the Space Coast and Treasure Coast, including Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Palm Bay, Vero Beach – as well as other cities in Brevard County and Indian River County.
