Our Elite plan includes $1000 owner damage protection, meaning if a guest causes damage we will reimburse you up to $1000 to repair or replace damaged items. In case of greater damage we will assist you in pursuing reimbursement from the guest.

Absolutely! As the owner, you have full control over your property's availability. Simply let us know in advance when you want to use your property, and we will block those dates from the booking calendar.
